Gottman I Certified, Prepare-Enrich Facilitator
I'm passionate about working with couples!
I know change can be difficult and starting something new, such as counseling, can be somewhat scary. My goal as your counselor, is to support you every step of the way through your journey, to enrich your relationship and strengthen your connection with your partner.
I use the most modern & effective approach
Working with you, our sessions will take a modern approach to naturally strengthen relationship trust, communication, intimacy, and love with your partner. I use a combination of three clinically proven methods: Emotion Focused Therapy, Gottman and Prepare Enrich. With unconditional acceptance and a nonjudgmental philosophy, I will help you explore the areas where you may have questions or concerns in your relationship.
My specialty is working with pre-marital couples
While I enjoy working with couples at any stage in their relationship, I have a special interest in working with pre-marital couples. I can help you and your partner address any current concerns and explore ways you can be proactive in addressing any future concerns that might arise in your marriage. I also welcome individual sessions, if one partner in particular wants to work on enriching their relationship as an individual.
I truly love what I do!
I can’t imagine a better way of life than facilitating steps toward a strong, healthy connection between two people. That is why I love what I do, and I would be honored to help you grow on your relationship journey.
Outside of the office...
My life mantra is about balance!
When I’m outside the office, I enjoy spending my time on the lake, practicing yoga, reading a good book or trying out a new coffee shop! Growing up in a military family, I spent my early life immersed in a different culture overseas, so I love to travel to new places and try different types of food whenever I get the chance.

How do we get started?
Start with a free consultation
The consultation is a brief meeting where we will meet online, talk about what to expect in the counseling process and answer any questions you may have. During this time, we will make sure that your needs for seeking counseling have an opportunity to be met by what we offer.
Pick a weekly time that works for you
During the consultation we can pick a time that fits with your schedule. Consistency is key for establishing a healthy routine. Therefore we recommend you commit to the same time each week, or bi-weekly if that's a better fit for your schedule. Of course, we can accommodate a different time each week if needed (depending on availability).
Fill out the paperwork
Our system is made simple and easy for your convenience. Once we have established that you would like to start sessions, we will send you an invite from our client portal via email. From there, you can fill out the client paperwork, add a payment method, and be notified of your upcoming appointments. All your information will be kept secure and confidential in our system.
We'll see you there!
Come to your first session in-person, or online, whichever you are most comfortable with. Clients that choose the online option will be sent a link via email prior to the session. If you choose to do your sessions in-person, have a seat in the waiting room once you arrive and your counselor will come and get you at the time of your appointment. Please note that children are not allowed to wait in the waiting room unattended or join in on the session. Please plan beforehand.
